156.430 Violation of bond -- Suit on bond. The superintendent of schools of each school district shall notify the chief state school officer of any violation of any of the conditions in any bond which has been filed. If the chief state school officer finds that a violation has occurred, he shall in struct the Attorney General to bring suit on the bond.
