158.080 Private and parochial schools -- Courses -- School calendar. Private and parochial schools certified in accordance with KRS 156.160(3) shall: (1) Be taught in the English language and shall offer instruction in the several branches of study r equired to be taught in the public schools of the state, consistent with KRS 156.445(3); and (2) Operate on a school calendar with a minimum school term and student instructional year, as defined in KRS 158.070.
