15A.011 Definitions for chapter. As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise: (1) 'Cabinet' means the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet; (2) 'Commissioner' means the commissioner of the Department of Juvenile Justice; (3) 'Department' means the Department of Juvenile Ju stice; (4) 'Facility' means any facility operating under the authority or control of the Department of Juvenile Justice; and (5) 'Secretary' means the secretary of the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet.
