161.1 95 Notice to teacher of student's history of physically abusive conduct or carrying a concealed weapon. Before a student with a documented history of physical abuse of a school employee or of carrying a concealed weapon on school property or at a school function is assigned to work directly with or comes in contact with a teacher, that teacher shall be notified in writing by the principal, guidance counselor, or other school official who has knowledge of the student's behavior.
