164.028 Office of Professional Education Preparation Programs. There shall be established in the Council on Postsecondary Education an Office of Professional Education Preparation Programs. The office shall have as its principal responsibility the coordination, development, and implementation, through appropriate mean s, of educational activities directed toward solving the problem of professional manpower distribution in the Commonwealth.
