164.5833 Transferability of course work accepted prior to establishment of system. The universities and the Kentucky Community and Technical College System shall recognize and accept for transfer credit all courses that were accepted for transfer prior to the establishment of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, unless a substantial change in the content for teaching the course can be demonstrated to have occurred.
