164.6915 Fees. An application for registration or renewal of registration shall be accompanied by a fee in the following amount: (1) An initial application for registration fee determined by the department, not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300); (2) A renewal fee de termined by the department, not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300); (3) An application for registration fee based upon certification of registration or licensure issued by another state determined by the department, not to exceed two hundred fifty doll ars ($250); or (4) An application for renewal of registration based on a renewal of registration in another state, not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250).
