164.894 Qualification of university as self -insurer. The creation of a basic coverage compensation fund pursuant to KRS 164.890 to 164.895 and the compliance with all other provisions of KRS 164.890 to 164.895 shall qualify the university as a self -insurer under the terms of KRS 304.40 -330(4).
