164.991 Penalty. Any person who deliberately violates the provisions of KRS 164.283, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty -five dollars ($25), nor more than one hundred dollars ($100), and/or imprisonment in the county jail for up to thirty ( 30) days.
