164.992 Penalties for KRS 164.947. (1) Any college that violates the provisions of KRS 164.947(3) shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100). (2) Each day that a college violates the provisions of KRS 164.947(3) shall be deemed a separate offense. Effective: July 13, 1990 History: Created 1990 Ky.
