171.125 Definitions for KRS 171.130 to 171.306. As used in KRS 171.130 to 171.306, unless the context requires otherwise: (1) 'Department' means the Department for Libraries and Archives; (2) 'Public library' means a library which is established as the countywide library system by any of the methods pro vided by KRS Chapter 173; and (3) 'Library materials' means those print, audiovisual, graphic, cartographic, machine readable, and manuscript materials provided by a library for its users.
