171.480 Buildings and facilities. The secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet, at the request of the commission, shall have authority to design, build, purchase, lease, maintain, operate, protect, and improve buildings or facilities, including a state archives and records cente r building, used for the storage of noncurrent records of state and local agencies.
