177.210 Department may bring action to enforce order. If any railroad company fails to comply with any order of the department issued under authority of KRS 177.120 to 177.210, the department may cause to be instituted in the Franklin Circuit Court, in the name of the state, an action to compel compliance wit h the order by mandatory process of the court.
