177.600 Time of sale -- Units. All of said bonds need not be sold at one (1) time, but may be advertised and sold in units of not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000) principal amount as and when the money to be derived from the issuance and sale of said bonds may be needed. The State Property and Buildings Commission shall determine the time when and the principal amount of said bonds that shall be advertised and sold.
