177.920 Permit fee -- Renewal -- Proceeds. The commissioner is hereby directed to charge a fee of fifty dollars ($50) for the issuance of a permit required by KRS 177.915. Such permit shall be effective for a two (2) year period beginning July 1, 1962, through June 30, 1964, and each two (2) year p eriod thereafter. Proceeds from such fees shall be paid to the State Treasurer and hereby are appropriated to the state road fund. History: Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 249, sec. 4.
