181.720 Temporary bonds. Prior to the preparation of the bonds provided for in KRS 181.660, the commission may issue temporary bonds with or without coupons. The temporary bonds shall be issued under the restrictions set out in KRS 181.660 to 181.710, and shall be exchangeable for the bonds issued under KRS 181.660.
