182.305 Lieutenant Governor to be member of board. One (1) of the five (5) members of the Tennessee -Tombigbee Waterway Development Authority appointed by the Governor pursuant to Article III of the compact set forth in KRS 182.300 shall be the Lieutenant Governor.
