186.572 Assessment of penalty points for speeding on limited access highway. Conviction for any one (1) of the following moving hazardous violations on a limited access highway or a limited access highway of four (4) or more lanes in Kentucky on which the speed limit is sixty -five (65) mph or higher shall be cause for assessment of the penalty points indicated: Speeding 10 mph or less over the limit ................................ ......................... 0 points.
