18A.204 Waiver of educational requirement in Highway Equipment Operator series for employees hired before July 1, 1999. The requirement of a high school diploma or a High School Equivalency Diploma in the Highway Equipment Operator series shall not apply to employees hired prior to July 1, 1999.
