197.180 Clothing and transportation to be furnished convict upon release. The Department of Corrections shall furnish to each convict, upon the termination of his sentence, or his release by pardon or parole, a suit of serviceable clothing, suitable to the season, and transportation to a county within the borders of the Commonwe alth. The transportation shall be paid by the state and shall be nontransferable. Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Amended 1992 Ky.
