198B.580 Prerequisites to becoming licensed fire protection sprinkler contractor. To become a licensed fire protection sprinkler contractor under KRS 198B.560, a person shall: (1)Have in his or her employ a certificate holder; (2)Comply with the minimum insurance requirements established by KRS 198B.595; and (3)Make application to the commissioner for a license and pay the fees required.
