198B. 738 Home inspectors prohibited from indicating compliance or noncompliance with Kentucky Residential Code. Home inspectors, when acting in that capacity, are prohibited from indicating orally or in writing that any condition is or is not in compliance wi th the Kentucky Residential Code.
