200.656 Kentucky Early Intervention System. There is hereby created in state government the Kentucky Early Intervention System to provide services for infants and toddlers with a disability and their families. For administrative purposes, the Kentucky Early Intervention System shall be attached to t he Cabinet for Health and Family Services. Effective: June 20, 2005 History: Amended 2005 Ky.
