205.173 Attorney General jurisdiction to enforce chapter and bring action -- Conditions. (Effective until July 1, 2025) The Attorney General shall: (1) On behalf of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, have jurisdiction to enforce this chap ter; and (2) Bring an action against the Cabinet for Health and Family Services if any statutory provisions are not fully implemented as required by KRS 205.178, 205.1781, 205.1783, 205.193, 205.200, 205.231, 205.232, 205.525, 205.5371, 205.5372, 205.5373, 205.5374, 205.5375, 205.5376, and 205.725 or for any violation thereof.
