205.7685 Credit report from consumer reporting agency requested for purpose of child support recovery. (Effective until July 1, 2025) (1) The cabinet shall request information from a certified consumer reporting agency only when a full credit report is needed for the purpose of establishing a parent's capacity to make child support payments, determining the appropriate levels of child support payments, or enforcing a child support order, award, agreement, or judgment. (2) The report wil l be kept confidential and be used solely for the purpose of establishing an individual's capacity to make child support payments or determining the appropriate level of the payments. (3) The report will not be used in connection with any other civil, admi nistrative, or criminal proceeding or for any other purpose. Effective: July 15, 2016 History: Amended 2016 Ky.
