(Effective until July 1, 2025) Nothing in KRS 205.715 to 205.800 shall be construed to prevent the release by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services of wage and financial institution informati on data to the United States Social Security Administration or the agencies of other states who administer federally funded welfare and unemployment compensation programs.
