205.9 10 Eligibility standard -- Subsidy not income for federal law purposes -- Supplements other programs. (1) The cabinet shall establish by regulation an eligibility standard which takes into consideration the unique economic and social needs of severely ph ysically disabled adults. (2) The subsidy shall not be considered income for any purpose to the extent permitted by federal law and regulation. (3) This program may supplement any other programs for which the adult is eligible. Effective: July 13, 1984 History: Created 1984 Ky. Acts ch. 168, sec. 3, effective July 13, 1984.
