210.1 00 Exemption of institutional officers and employees from personal attendance as witness. No officer or employee of any institution operated by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall be required to give personal attendance as a witness in any c ivil suit out of the county in which the institution is located, but his deposition shall be taken in lieu thereof.
