211.672 Definitions for KRS 211.672 to 211.678. As used in KRS 211.672 to 211.678, unless the context requires otherwise: (1) 'Cabinet' means the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; (2) 'Commissioner' means the commissioner of the Department for Public Health; (3) 'Department' means the Department f or Public Health; and (4) 'Secretary' means the secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
