212.560 Current borrowing. The board shall have the power to borrow money on its own credit in anticipation of the revenue to be derived from appropriations provided for herein or of funds to be derived from other sources during the fiscal year in which the same is borrowed; and for such purpose the board may pledge said appropriations and funds, the collection and payment of which is anticipated during such year.
