214.565 Definitions for KRS 214.565 to 214.571. As used in KRS 214.565 to 214.571: (1) 'Department' means the Department for Public Health in the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; (2) 'Health facility' has the same meaning as in KRS 216B.015; and (3) 'Physician' means any person licensed to practi ce medicine under KRS Chapter 311.
