216.300 Definitions for KRS 216.300 to 216.308. As used in KRS 216.300 to 216.308, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) 'Licensed health care professional' means a physician and surgeon, podiatrist, osteopath, osteopathic physician and surgeon, physician assistant, nurse, dentist, or pharmacist.
