216.333 Board as corporate body -- Seal -- Officers -- Bond of treasurer. The board shall be a body corporate under the name and style of '.... Hospital District Board of Trustees.' The members shall, as soon as possible after their appointment, adopt a seal and organize by electing from their number a president, a secretary and a treasurer, each to serve for a term of two (2) years and until his successor is elected and qualified. The treasurer shall give bond to the Commonwealth for the faithful performance of his duties, in such sum and form and with such sureties as the board shall approve.
