216B.125 Civil action for judicial enforcement of chapter. If the cabinet fails to issue or deny a certificate of need or an exemption pursuant to this chapter within the time prescribed under this chapter or administrative regulations promulgated by the cabinet, the applicant may seek judicial enforcement of this chapter by filing a civil action in Franklin Circuit Court.
