217.209 Criminal possession of a forged prescription. (1) A person is guilty of criminal possession of a forged prescription when, with knowledge that it is forged and with intent to defraud, deceive, or injure another, he possesses a forged prescription. (2) Criminal possession of a forged prescription is: (a) For a first offense, a Class A misdemeanor. (b) For second or subsequent offense, a Class D felony.
