217.896 Distribution of explanatory pamphlet for citizens of Commonwealth. The Office of Consumer Protection in the Office of the Attorney General shall develop and distribute to licensed pharmacies without charge a pamphlet for citizens of the Commonwea lth which explains the provisions of KRS 217.815 to 217.826 and 217.895. Pharmacists shall display such distributed pamphlets in a prominent place and make them available without charge. Pharmacies shall maintain a sufficient stock of the distributed pamph lets to assure that the supply will not become exhausted for any lengthy time. Effective: April 5, 2024 History: Amended 2024 Ky.
