217B.030 Purpose of chapter. The purpose of this chapter is to regulate in the public interest, the storage, use, and application of insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, defoliants, desiccants, plant growth regulators, nematocides, rodenticides, and any other pesticides and the stora ge of fertilizers designated by the department by administrative regulation.
