§ 217b-550

217B.550 Violations of KRS 217B.515 to 217B.585. The following acts are declared to be a violation of KRS 217B.515 to 217B.585: (1) Using any material or pesticide that is not labeled for the purpose of structural pest management; (2) Failure of a licensed operator or applicator to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or any reasonable rule or regulation promulgated by the department; (3) Failure of any person to pay a fine or comply with an order issued by the department; (4) Failure to renew any required registration or pay any licensing fe es; (5) Failure to obtain required continuing education units through training courses approved by the department; (6) Making a pesticide application not in accordance with the label registered by the department under KRS 217.542 to 217.640; (7) Storing or discarding a pesticide or pesticide container in a manner prohibited under KRS 217B.555; (8) Operating equipment not functioning as intended or designed by the manufacturer; (9) Operating equipment in a manner not intended or designed by the manufacturer; (10) Failure to keep and maintain the records required by the department, or to make reports when and as required; (11)
