220.250 Plan to be accepted and financing fixed by resolution -- Alterations. Upon the approval of the official plan by the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet the board of directors shall pass a resolution accepting the official plan as final and fixing all financing, taxes and rentals as authorized by KRS 220.01 0 to 220.520 necessary for the construction, maintenance, and operation required to place the plan in effect. After final resolutions are passed fixing the rates and rentals, no alterations of the plan shall be made except as provided herein and as approve d by the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet.
