220.390 Interest rate on bonds -- Time and place of payment. Bonds authorized under the provisions of KRS 220.380 to 220.520 may be issued bearing interest determined by the procedures set forth in KRS 58.430, and shall be executed in such manner and be payable at such time, not exceeding forty (40) years from the d ate thereof, and at such place or places, as the board of directors shall determine.
