220.554 Construction subdistrict not to include nonconsenting city or district. The construction subdistrict shall not include the whole or any part of any incorporated city, sanitation district, sewer construction district, or that part of a water district in which the water district has exercised its power to establish sanitary sewa ge facilities pursuant to KRS 74.407 to 74.415 except with the consent of the legislative or managing board of such city or district.
