224.46 -325 Data to be furnished to center. (1) The cabinet shall provide to the center copies of all annual waste reduction reports submitted under the Federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended, and state solid and hazardous waste management administrative regulations. (2) The Departme nt of Military Affairs shall provide upon request, to the center, and to the cabinet, the data submitted to the Kentucky Emergency Planning Commission as required by Section 313 of the Federal Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986. (3) This section shall not be construed to limit the legal protections of the confidentiality of trade secrets or business information. Effective: July 15, 1994 History: Amended 1994 Ky.
