224.46 -560 Standards relating to transporters -- Agency cooperation. The cabinet shall promulgate administrative regulations establishing standards applicable to transporters of hazardous waste regarding record keeping, notification and compliance with the manifest system. The Transportation Cabinet and the Justice and Publ ic Safety Cabinet shall cooperate with and assist the cabinet in implementing and enforcing the transportation provisions of any state hazardous waste regulations promulgated pursuant to this chapter. The specific nature and details of the assistance effor t shall be established by a formal cooperative agreement acceptable to the cabinets. Effective: June 26, 2007 History: Amended 2007 Ky.
