235.170 Year -long effectiveness of licenses -- Expiration date. (1) Every certificate of number awarded pursuant to this chapter shall continue in full force and effect for a period of one (1) year unless sooner terminated or discontinued in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. (2) The certificates of number sha ll expire on April 30 of each year and no longer shall be in force unless renewed pursuant to this chapter. Effective: March 17, 1960 History: Amended 1974 Ky.
