237.126 Misrepresentation of having conducted training courses. (1) A firearms instructor trainer or certified firearms instructor is guilty of not providing firearms training if he or she represents to the department that he or she has conducted training for a student firearms instructor or for an applicant in an applican t training course and has not, in fact, provided any such training.
