242.290 Shipments across county and out of dry or moist territory not affected. KRS 242.260 and 242.280 shall not apply to the transportation of alcoholic beverages through dry or moist territory to a point in some other state, or to a point in this state where alcoholic beverages may be lawfully sold; or to the receipt or acceptance by a common carrier from a manufacturer for transportation to a point in another state or to a point in this state where alcoholic beverages may lawfully be sold.
