243.675 Injunctive or other judicial proceedings by board -- Priority of cases. The board may compel obedience to its lawful orders by injunction or other proper proceedings in Franklin Circuit Court or any other court of competent jurisdiction, and the proceedings shall have priority over all pending cases.
