248.010 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise: (1) 'Commissioner' means the Commissioner of Agriculture; (2) 'Department' means the Department of Agriculture; (3) 'Grower' means a bona fide producer of tobacco, either by himself or by tena nt, sharecropper or hired person; (4) 'Warehouse' means any tobacco warehouse operating as a place of sale for tobacco in this state; and (5) 'Warehouseman' means the owner, operator, manager, lessee or proprietor of a warehouse engaged in selling tobacco or his agents or employees.
