261.270 Scales to be certified and tested. All scales used in stockyards or buying stations shall be certified. The scales shall be tested at least every six (6) months by a scale agency approved by the department. Certification of the scales shall be exhibited before issuance or renewal of any sto ckyard or buying station license. Effective: July 12, 2012 History: Amended 2012 Ky.
