268.515 Power of condemnation. Whenever any property is going to be taken or damaged by the board pursuant to this chapter, the board may effect an agreement with the owner for compensation therefor. If no agreement is reached, the board may condemn the property pursuant to the Eminent Domain Act of Kentucky. Effective: January 2, 1978 History: Created 1976 (1st. Extra. Sess.) Ky.
